We’re looking for an experienced Server/Barista to join the team at Café 53, Tetbury .
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering warm, friendly and attentive customer service. Someone who greets customers with a smile, creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes every guest feel looked after.
You’ll need to be confident making great coffee and have experience in hospitality, but we’re also looking for someone who is happy to use their transferable skills and get stuck in wherever needed.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality and confident as a barista
- Naturally friendly, positive and always ready with a smile
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Confident, reliable and comfortable in a busy café environment
- A genuine team player who is happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed
- Looking for a long-term role and available to work throughout the year — not just during term time
- Weekend availabilty
