Duties
- Excellent timekeeping, reliability, and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the highest standard.
- Strong knowledge and confident use of both hand tools and power tools, with the ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Practical experience reading measurements, using measuring equipment, and interpreting technical drawings where applicable.
- A good understanding of health and safety procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, using initiative to overcome challenges and complete tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new techniques, equipment, and working practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- A strong work ethic, taking ownership of responsibilities and consistently delivering high-quality workmanship.
- The physical capability to carry out manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment.
