Field-based role with vacancies available in:
- Market Harborough
- Kettering
Working Hours - 38.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- 30-minute lunch break each day

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- CITB Health & Safety Awareness
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams on site
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of installation and maintenance projects on customer sites
- Coordinate and oversee subcontract installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Ensure all required materials, tools, PPE and equipment are available before work begins
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed to agreed plans, timescales and quality standards
- Carry out site safety checks and ensure all RAMS and health & safety procedures are followed
- Provide on-site coaching and guidance to team members where required
- Complete site documentation, progress reports and project completion records accurately
- Manage site stock levels, organise materials and carry out regular stock checks
- Communicate site updates, issues and customer feedback to the Field Operations Manager
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment, reporting any defects promptly
