The Practice

Key Responsibilities
· Lead, support, and supervise the dental nursing team
· Train, mentor, and onboard new dental nurses and employees
· Maintain high clinical, infection control, and compliance standards
· Provide chairside assistance across implants, cosmetic dentistry, and specialist treatments
· Ensure efficient surgery set-up and smooth clinical workflows
· Act as a point of support between clinicians, nurses, and management
· Support stock control, equipment maintenance, and clinical organisation
· Deliver outstanding patient care at all times
Requirements
· GDC registered Dental Nurse
· Dentally software proficiency preferred
· Ability to work evenings and weekends
· Proven experience in private dentistry
· Strong experience assisting with implants, cosmetic dentistry, and specialist procedures
· Previous senior or lead dental nurse experience preferred
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
· High attention to detail and commitment to best practice
· Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
