Responsibilities
- Assist landlords and tenants with all aspects of the lettings process
- Conduct property viewings and provide clear, friendly guidance to prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records, manage bookings, and handle day-to-day office administration
- Organise contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients, providing regular updates and support
- Advertise properties and help create effective marketing material to attract tenants
- Stay informed on local rental market trends, legislation, and industry standards
