Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, delivering excellent service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Previous experience in a bar setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Shifts: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (including evenings), with additional weekday and evening shifts available when needed.

Duties:
- Serve drinks and refreshments to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or events
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables when required
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure customer safety at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service during busy periods
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service best practices
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as needed
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
