We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales department to hit and exceed targets
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to maximise performance and productivity from purchase of stock, workshop to end of sale
- Drive sales across bikes, parts, accessories and finance packages
- Manage daily operations of the sales department, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Oversee merchandising activities to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards
- Organise training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on retail or sales environments in the motorcycle industry, Off road motocross knowledge is a must
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards common goals
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Experience in merchandising and understanding of retail management principles
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, including strategic planning and execution
- Proficient organisational skills for handling multiple priorities efficiently
- Adept at administrative tasks such as reporting, data analysis, and record keeping
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and organisational needs
- A passion for motorcycles in particular Motocross is a must due to it being a niche, hobby sport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,500.00-£90,000.00 per year

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
