Retreat East is looking for an ambitious and passionate Spa Manager to lead our Spa Sanctuary into its next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to grow, develop and make a genuine impact within a luxury wellness business.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has already done this role for twenty years. We’re looking for the right person. Someone who is passionate about exceptional guest experiences, enjoys developing people, understands the importance of commercial success and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of our spa.
This role could be perfect for an Assistant Spa Manager, Head Therapist or Spa Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working within a luxury spa environment.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Has experience leading or supporting a spa team and enjoys helping others to grow.
- Is organised, operationally minded and confident managing the day-to-day running of a busy spa.
- Has experience of spa booking systems, reporting and performance management, or is keen to further develop these skills.
- Has a commercial mindset and understands how guest experience, treatments and retail all contribute to the success of the business.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and excited by the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
At Retreat East, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
