Responsibilities
- Offer daily support to individuals with diverse needs, encouraging independence and confidence
- Assist with personal care tasks such as grooming, mobility, and medication management
- Develop trusting relationships through mentoring and active listening, promoting emotional well-being
- Implement tailored activities that enhance social skills, learning, and personal development
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and team members to coordinate care plans
- Support individuals in educational settings by assisting with teaching activities and skill-building exercises
- Maintain accurate records of support provided, progress notes, and incident reports to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or vulnerable adults in a supportive or educational setting is highly desirable
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others
- Knowledge of teaching strategies that promote learning and personal growth
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant certifications or training in health & social care or related fields are a plus but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed and flourish

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,123.66 per year
