Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, the main responsibility will be de-canning of catalytic converters , cutting catalytic convertors using machinery . Training will be provided. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. We are based near Dunsfold in a rural location , the ability to commute is essential .
Responsibilities
- Cutting catalytic converters using specialised machinery
- Maintain an organised stock area, ensuring that all items are properly labeled, stored and easily accessible.
- Engage in materials handling tasks, including picking and packing items for dispatch.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently when required, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Forklift license preferred
