As the first point of contact for patient enquiries and visits, our Patient Liaison Assistant will be there to assist patients through every step of their treatment journey, ensuring the very highest levels of service and care. Responsibilities will include- but are not limited to- managing patient enquiries, scheduling consultations and procedures, overseeing patient arrival at the clinic, post procedure liaison with patients and clinic decontamination and cleaning.
About you- Possessing a passion for customer service, coupled with a genuine interest in plastic and cosmetic surgery and advanced aesthetics , you will thrive within a fast paced, dynamic clinic environment where discretion and professionalism are delivered as standard. A strong, flexible, committed team player, you are equally self-motivated and happy to use your initiative for the benefit of our patients, clinic and team. Your forward-thinking approach, eye for detail, enthusiasm and ‘can do’ attitude will ensure the smooth running of the patients journey and experience.
Your experience/skills-
· Organised, self-motivated and patient orientated
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Relevant customer facing experience is advantageous but not essential
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Competent in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
· An interest in the plastic/cosmetic surgery and advanced aesthetics industries and a genuine desire to develop knowledge of the sector
· A knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control
Pay: £13.00 per hour
