The Workplace Services team is responsible for creating and managing an exceptional workplace experience for over 20,000 Deloitte employees in the UK. They provide a wide range of services and support, enabling colleagues to work effectively and efficiently in a sustainable, safe, and secure environment. As a people-led, environmentally friendly, and data-driven function, Workplace Services leverages advanced analytics and modern technologies to deliver innovative workplace solutions.
Workplace Services manages Deloitte's occupied UK office space, overseeing supply chain performance, workplace compliance (including sustainability), programme and project management, and operational excellence through data-driven insights. They collaborate with Internal Real Estate, which is responsible for unoccupied spaces.

The Change and Engagement Lead drives people and cultural transformation through effective communication, training, and stakeholder management. Leads the Change and Engagement Workstream, providing strategic direction for people and cultural change, driving the people and cultural change agenda.

Change Management:

Creates, implements, monitors, and continuously improves a structured and robust change management process for managing workplace changes.

Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.

Aligns change initiatives with workplace strategy and business objectives, anticipating future needs and mitigating potential impacts.

Establishes and manages a network of change agents across the business.
-
Engages with colleagues and stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, translating insights into communication and training initiatives.

Develops and executes change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption approaches to ensure smooth transitions and benefit realisation.

Supports the transition and adoption of changes within impacted groups, managing activities through to business-as-usual.
Communications:

Develops and implements a communication and change adoption strategy to build engagement and awareness, supporting the successful adoption of the Workplace Services Strategy.

Oversees the marketing plan to promote catering, hospitality spaces, and other Workplace Services.

Ensures all communications are professional, accurate, and impactful.

Leads the creation of senior leadership communications.

Manages relationships with external creative agencies.

Provides regular updates to the programme team and senior executives on communication plans, activities, and impact.

Project manages campaign aspects, aligning with target objectives.

Identifies, monitors, and manages stakeholders involved in, impacted by, or needing awareness of change initiatives.

Actively gathers and analyses employee feedback.

Tailors' communication strategies to ensure transparency and address concerns.
Learning & Development:

Oversees the Learning & Development plan, ensuring training needs are identified through change impact assessments and impactful learning materials are created and deployed.
Change Project Management:

Delivers change projects and initiatives according to agreed time, budget, scope, quality, change control criteria, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Manages the change deliverables plan and budget.

Manages relationships with and ensures delivery through third-party suppliers.

Provides coaching and support to the business on people change matters.

Develops accurate change project plans, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and resource utilisation.

Effectively controls issues, risks, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.

Conducts regular reviews of change outcomes with the Programme Management Office (PMO) and stakeholders.

Provides input to stakeholder decision-making and offers timely advice.
