Store Operations Assistant
Location: Carsa Gloucester
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum
Hours: 40hrs Monday-Friday (9:30am-18:30pm)
Carsa Gloucester is looking for a Store Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our dealership. This is a hands-on, varied role that’s perfect for someone organised, proactive, and happy working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the daily operations of the dealership to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Managing stock movements, deliveries, and vehicle documentation
- Assisting with vehicle preparation, logistics, and showroom readiness
- Coordinating with sales, service, and admin teams to keep processes on track
- Maintaining high standards of organisation, compliance, and health & safety
- Handling general operational and administrative tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- A reliable and organised individual with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable multitasking and working to deadlines
- Previous experience in retail, operations, logistics, or automotive is a plus — but not essential
- Confident using basic IT systems and paperwork processes
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
