Engage with young people to identify their passions and aspirations

Remove barriers that prevent them from achieving their full potential

Create and deliver development programmes tailored to individual needs

Support residents to gain essential life skills and independent living abilities

Liaise with other teams regarding emergencies and complaints

Apply safeguarding knowledge and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals
We are looking for experienced individuals with genuine motivation to see young people thrive. You will work alongside our Housing Services Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. An understanding of safeguarding requirements and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals is imperative.

Must be available for a late shift on Wednesdays; remaining shift times are negotiable.
