We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Southern Business Unit team based in and surrounding Southampton
Location: Southampton - Hybrid working available with travel to the office and sites required 3 days per week
Hours: Full-time - 13 month Fixed Term Contract - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

The Southern business unit is experiencing an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team. You'll work as a trusted partner to our Senior Leadership team, advising, supporting and developing solutions across the entire employee lifecycle to improve business outcomes and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Business Partner, you'll be working within the Southern HR team, supporting them in delivering a commercial, people-focused strategy. Your day to day will include:
- Partnering with operational and functional leads, bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help deliver business strategy
- Managing all employee relations activity within your designated areas, providing expert advice and support
- Using data, metrics and evidence to inform change, drive decision making and resolve complex problems
- Developing hiring strategies with our Talent & Acquisition partners to continuously drive improvements
- Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion throughout the business and promoting wellbeing across your team

This role of HR Business Partner is great for you if:
- You're degree qualified (or qualified by experience) with business partnering experience in medium or large organisations
- You have a highly collaborative working style with effective communication skills
- You can build influential relationships with a range of senior stakeholders
- You have strong commercial awareness and a delivery-focused, pragmatic approach
- You have well-developed employee relations skills with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
