We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Luxury Beauty & Wellness Advisor to join our new boutique pharmacy in the heart of Chelsea.
The Cadogan Pharmacy is an independent luxury pharmacy in Chelsea, located on the renowned Pavilion Road just off Sloane Street. We are looking for a personable, polished and commercially minded individual who can deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers while representing our carefully selected range of premium beauty, skincare, wellness and healthcare products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-service and sales skills, together with previous retail experience in premium or luxury beauty, skincare, cosmetics, supplements, wellness or a related sector.
As a Luxury Beauty & Wellness Sales Advisor, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our customers and will play an important part in creating the exceptional, personalised experience we want The Cadogan Pharmacy to be known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing attentive, knowledgeable and highly personalised service
- Understanding individual customer needs and recommending suitable premium skincare, beauty, wellness, supplement and healthcare products
- Developing strong product knowledge and confidently communicating the benefits and features of our ranges
- Building relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
- Proactively contributing to sales and the continued growth of the pharmacy
- Maintaining the presentation and high standards expected of a luxury retail environment
- Working closely with our pharmacists and wider team to provide a seamless customer experience
We are looking for someone who is naturally warm, engaging and confident, with a genuine enthusiasm for premium beauty, skincare, health and wellness. You should have a strong instinct for customer service.
Previous experience within luxury retail, premium beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, supplements or a similar customer-facing sales environment would be highly desirable.
As we welcome a number of notable and high-profile customers and patients, professionalism, discretion and respect for customer confidentiality are essential.
This is a regular full-time position, working approximately 5 days per week as part of a team rota. We could be flexible with working hours to suit the best candidate.
Our opening hours are:
Monday–Saturday: 9am–7pm
Sunday: 11am–4pm
We aim to operate a fair and flexible rota and are happy to discuss working arrangements with the right candidate.
