Job Advert
Do you love working with children, building relationships and finding creative ways to engage communities?
Twisters is looking for a Schools Coach & Brand Marketing Co-ordinator to help bring the benefits of movement to more children through our growing network of school partnerships.
This is a role that combines delivery and promotion.
You'll spend time in schools coaching and inspiring children through movement, while also helping share the Twisters story through marketing, communications and community engagement.
Moov is a new purpose-led business on a mission to make movement simple, social and irresistible for every child. We partner with schools across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire to deliver after-school movement clubs that fuse gymnastics, dance, and acro, helping children grow confidence, coordination and lifelong wellbeing.
We are growing fast. Seven schools in early 2026. Fifteen by September. Thirty by the end of 2027. As we scale, we are building a Senior Leadership Team of talented, ambitious people who want to grow alongside the business — not just fill a role in it.
This is one of those roles. It is deliberately designed to give you two things to be brilliant at. You will coach five schools per week, lead two coaches, and deliver the Moov experience with energy and precision. At the same time, you will be the voice behind our brand — running our website, social channels, loyalty programmes and newsletters. Two responsibilities. One career-defining opportunity.
-
Hold a Level 2 British Gymnastics coaching qualification and love working with children.
-
Are you as comfortable creating a social media post as you are delivering a session?

Want to be part of building a brand, not just working within one.
-
Thrive when you have real responsibility — and the freedom to use it.
-
Believe, as we do, that movement can genuinely change children's lives.
-
Manage a pod of five schools, delivering ten Moov classes per week.
-
Lead and develop two Level 1 coaches, coaching them as a manager and developing them as practitioners.
-
Deliver sessions that are playful, structured and progression-based, every time.
-
Establish and run a regular programme of weekend and holiday camps.
-
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Moov curriculum and product alongside our founder
-
Build strong, trusted relationships with school staff and parents across your pod.
-
Manage the Moov website and keep content accurate, engaging and up to date.
-
Own our social media channels planning, creating and scheduling content that sounds and looks like Moov.
-
Design and run customer loyalty programmes that keep parents and children engaged between sessions.
-
Produce and send regular newsletters that connect school communities to the Moov story.
-
Support marketing campaigns that drive school enrolment and grow brand awareness.
-
Work directly with our General Manager, on all things brand and communications.
