Duties
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings in accordance with legal requirements
- Prepare and file annual reports, financial statements, and other statutory documents timely and accurately
- Assist in organizing board meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and ensure compliance with governance protocols
- Manage company documentation including contracts, resolutions, and correspondence with regulatory authorities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions such as ledger management, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Conduct quality assurance checks on financial data to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational policies
- Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes
- Ensure compliance with local laws related to corporate governance and financial reporting
Experience
- Proven experience in company secretarial duties coupled with accounting responsibilities or a similar combined role
- Strong understanding of corporate governance standards and statutory compliance procedures
- Experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes within financial or administrative functions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), accounting software, and document management systems
- Prior experience working within a regulated environment or with compliance-focused roles is highly desirable

Pay: £101.68-£489.19 per day
