Annabel’s Dance Collective (ADC) is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and reliable Dance Teacher to join our teaching team.
We are looking for someone who is confident teaching a range of dance and performing arts styles and who enjoys working with children and young people from ages 2–18.
The Role
As a Dance Teacher at ADC, you may be required to teach a variety of classes across different age groups and abilities. We are looking for someone who can create fun, engaging and age-appropriate classes while maintaining a professional and positive environment.
Essential Requirements
You must be familiar with, experienced in, or have formal training in the following styles:
- Ballet
- Jazz
- Tap
- Contemporary
- Musical Theatre
- Lyrical
- Street
- Commercial
- Acro/Gymnastics
- Performing Arts
You must also:
- Have experience working with children and young people, ideally across a range of ages.
- Be confident managing a class and creating a positive learning environment.
- Be reliable, punctual and professional.
- Be enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about teaching.
- Have a valid DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
- Have the ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different ages and abilities.
- Relevant dance, teaching or performing arts qualifications
Desirable Qualifications
The following qualifications or training would be an advantage:
- Safeguarding Children
- First Aid
- GDPR/Data Protection

The successful candidate will become part of a friendly and supportive teaching team and will have the opportunity to teach across our range of classes and age groups.
