We are looking for an experienced Creative Agency Account Manager to join a busy Creative Services department.
This role is at the heart of the continued success of a high performing, friendly and award-winning team.
As an Account Manager, you'll be part of a full-service agency, working across all Marketing comms, from print and DM, to media, email, digital, social, film and content.
Interrogating briefs is a big part of the role, as is being the voice of the client through creative development.
Alongside this, you will work closely with our in-house social and digital teams to make sure we provide a joined-up service, liaising with clients of all levels.
To be our Account manager you will need experience working within a creative agency environment and be used to managing projects from conception to completion.
You’ll need to be:
- Someone who can work at a fast pace and sees the opportunities our projects present.
- Confident in holding engaging meetings as well as having challenging conversations to get the most of out of people, situations and briefs.
- Skilled in writing creative briefs and managing projects to budget and to schedule.
- Able to drive work forward independently, as well as working as part of a team.
