- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer clients innovative options.
- Assist clients with makeup application as needed, enhancing their overall experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician is preferred.
- good communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of makeup application is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A valid certification or diploma in nail technology is preferred.
