We are a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer looking for an experienced, qualified Site Installation Joiner to join our growing installation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and can confidently work independently or as part of a team. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become an integral part of our installation team from day one.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be the installation of our bespoke exterior joinery products on sites across the region. Projects range from private residential properties to commercial developments, with every installation completed to the highest standard.
The role is primarily site-based, however, due to the nature of our business, there will be occasions where you will work within our joinery workshop. This hybrid approach helps us meet customer demand, support the workshop during busy periods, and maintain productivity when installation schedules are affected by weather or site delays.

- Timber windows
- External doors and entrance sets
- Gates and entrance features
- Garden rooms
- Greenhouses
- Other bespoke exterior joinery products
Workshop Duties (When Required)
- Assisting with manufacturing and assembly
- Final preparation of products before installation
- General workshop support during busy periods
- Quality checking and snagging
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Fully qualified and experienced Joiner/Carpenter
- Proven experience installing high-quality timber windows, doors and bespoke joinery
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to read drawings and work from technical information
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome site challenges
- Professional manner when working in customers' homes and on commercial sites
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
Advantageous (but not essential):
- Internal cabinetry installation
- Shopfitting experience
- First and second fix joinery
- Workshop manufacturing experience
- CSCS Card
- IPAF/PASMA certification
