Cable & Splicing Services (CASS) is a telecommunications contracting specialist business established for over 26 years in UK.
Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for candidates to be trained as Customer Connection Pre enablement teams, Customer installation Engineers and pre enablement Survey Engineers for long term work in the Gloucestershire area
We will be holding a recruitment event for these roles at our Snitterfield Training Academy on 30th August 2024
As a Customer Connections Engineer, you will deploy fibre installation services to the customer premises via UG and OH PIA and client networks, providing a best-in-class quality of service for our clients.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager and Field Support Manager, you will deliver a friendly, personable service at all times, as you will be dealing with members of the public in and around their homes and businesses.
We’re looking for someone who can….
- survey route, pre enable installation of route and Install fibre to the customer premises, business and residential.
- Assist the support team with troubleshooting techniques and queries.
- Liaise by phone with the project office team to organise pre-installations, installations and arrange service calls.
- Full training will be provided.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Some transferable skills would be an advantage but not a requirement. For example an electricians mate, wprevious experience dealing with customers and working in their homes, van driving etc.
- Practical experience in a customer-facing role
- Have a current full UK manual driving license
- Clear DBS
