We have a great opportunity available for a Property Manager to work in our fantastic Downend Branch in Bristol
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that Landlords and Tenants receive an effective, customer-focused property management service during their Tenancy. The successful Property Manager will be:
- Dealing with phone enquiries and ensuring regular communication with the landlord to ensure long-term relationships are formed
- Recording application details for both landlords and tenants
- Monitor repair requests and make sure these are dealt with quickly
- Chasing overdue rent
- Dealing with insurance claims
- Arrange when appropriate check-ins, check-outs, property inspections and inventories
- Monitor references
- And many other duties including legislations/law section within property management
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the PM job description (maintenance and certificates, renewals and end of Tenancy)
The successful Property Manager will have the following skills:
- You thrive under pressure and will take pride in liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve both technical and practical issues and you can deliver impressive levels of customer service.
- Previous Estate Agency/Lettings experience and knowledge of the local area/property market would be desirable, but we consider candidates who with transferable skills and background in lettings
- Competence and experience in, and a ‘love’ for, making outbound sales/service calls, and securing resultant sales, would be strongly preferred. Being able to demonstrate a ‘track record’ in this area would strengthen any application.
- Candidates will have an obvious good respect for the process, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- The ability to work as part of a successful team
- Superb organization and communication skills
