The team helps major organisations modernise how they manage, govern and use data across analytics, AI and emerging agentic AI use cases. The Role
As a Senior Data Management Consultant - AI Transformation, you will lead client work focused on building trusted, scalable and AI-ready data ecosystems. You will advise organisations on data management strategy, governance frameworks, data quality, master data management and operating models that support analytics, compliance and responsible AI adoption.
This is a client-facing role with meaningful influence. You will work with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, data scientists and business leaders to turn complex data challenges into practical, business-focused solutions.
- Lead data management and governance client engagements.
- Define AI-ready data strategies, roadmaps and operating models.
- Design stewardship models, standards, roles and governance processes.
- Support data quality, catalogue, lineage and MDM delivery.
- Translate complex data concepts into clear stakeholder recommendations.
- Contribute to internal propositions, best practice and thought leadership.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong consulting or advisory experience in data-focused environments.
- Experience delivering data management, data governance or MDM initiatives.
- Knowledge of Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Ataccama or Microsoft Purview.
- Experience with catalogues, metadata, lineage, data quality or master data.
- Confident stakeholder communication and senior client engagement skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI or AI-ready data preparation.
- Understanding of model lifecycle management, bias or explainability.
- Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK or similar data management frameworks.
