Job Description: Caretaker – Part Time
- Town & Country Cleaners is looking to appoint a part-time caretaker to work within two blocks of flats in Mill Park, Cambridge, CB1 2FJ.
- This is for a shift of 19hrs week, 4 hours per day Monday-Thursday, then 3 hours on a Friday which can be done at any time during the working day.
- Salary is £482.98 per fortnight, £12.71 per hour.
Role:
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training given.
- Ability to interact positively with the residents and visitors.
- All statutory benefits including pension and holiday.
Qualifications / Training:
- Prior knowledge of cleaning would be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge/understanding of Health & Safety.
- Ability to work to a consistently high standard and to follow a defined specification of works.
