Robert Scott's Commerce is a fast growing recommerce business based in Havant. We buy, process, and resell goods across multiple channels including eBay, live streaming platforms, and more. We're looking for a hands on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our daily operations and help us scale.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the smooth running of our entire warehouse operation, from managing the team to making sure stock flows efficiently from intake through to dispatch. This is a varied, fast paced role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising all warehouse staff on a day to day basis
- Creating and maintaining staff rotas to ensure adequate shift coverage
- Organising and maintaining stock across all storage locations
- Overseeing the unloading of delivery vehicles and ensuring goods are processed promptly
- Managing picking and packing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Overseeing live stream staff, ensuring all live selling sessions run smoothly with high quality assets and presentation
- Supporting the digital production side of the business, ensuring product listings and content meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised warehouse environment
- General warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast moving environment
- A proactive, can do attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
- Interest in ecommerce or reselling is a bonus but not essential
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
