Duties
- Assist children with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs
- Engage children in educational, recreational, and social activities to promote development
- Maintain clear and open communication with colleagues, parents, and other professionals involved in the child's care
- Drive children to appointments, activities, or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation
- Monitor and record progress or concerns related to each child's development and behavior
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing observations and supporting colleagues in their roles
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a care or educational setting is highly desirable
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for transporting children
- Knowledge of childcare practices and child development principles
- Ability to create and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with children, families, and team members
- Proficiency in IT systems for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and work schedules as required
