The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of an outstanding SEN school in Maidenhead supporting pupils with autism and complex needs.
You will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Help with learning, communication and emotional regulation
- Encourage independence and life skills
- Support daily routines and wellbeing
- Provide personal and intimate care when required (full training provided)
We're Looking For
- Compassionate, patient and child-focused individuals
- People who are keen to learn and develop within SEN
- Reliable and proactive team players
- Individuals comfortable in a hands-on support role
- Experience in SEN, care, support work or education is beneficial but not essential
