Why You?
Flute is a rooftop like no other – and the team who bring it to life are what make it truly exceptional. From the moment a guest arrives to the moment they leave, you will be at the heart of an experience that is warm, attentive, and full of personality. Whether you are guiding guests through our food menu or recommending the perfect cocktail, you will do so with genuine knowledge, enthusiasm, and the kind of natural warmth that turns a great visit into an unforgettable one.
As a Waiter you will deliver a table service experience that is seamless and personal – anticipating guest needs, building real connections, and ensuring every detail of the visit is taken care of. This is a role for someone who loves people, loves hospitality, and is ready to grow. As you develop your skills and knowledge, you will have every opportunity to progress –stepping up into a Cocktail Waiter role as your beverage expertise grows.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to support different areas of the operation to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work alongside brilliant people across the hotel so that we operate as one seamless team, delivering memorable experiences every single shift.
