We are looking for an enthusiastic fry chef to join our team in a busy seaside fish and chip restaurant and take-away.
It goes without saying that we will expect the successful candidate, like all of our colleagues to be able to prepare and produce food to the highest standard because that is the least our customers expect!
Ideally candidates will have frying experience however we will consider applicants that do not have direct experience but have kitchen / food preparation experience and can demonstrate an aptitude and willingness to learn and progress. Team work is important to us, so candidates must be able to work well within a team, be self-motivated with an enthusiastic outgoing / can-do attitude and of course, have good communication skills. You will also be responsible for leading the shift so experience in managing staff is a bonus.
This is a full time role and shifts will include evenings and weekends and candidates will be offered a good rate of pay. We operate on split shifts apart from during school holidays where we are open all day.
