What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the go-to person for general maintenance and repairs across our properties in the CV4 area. Tasks will include:
- Handling day-to-day property repairs and upkeep
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry jobs
- Making sure all spaces are safe, clean, and comfortable
- Responding quickly to any maintenance issues that pop up
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrics, or carpentry (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to speak both English *and* Chinese (essential)
- A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Living locally in the CV4 8 area is a bonus
- No formal qualifications are needed – just practical experience and reliability
