Job Description
NT Killingley Ltd, an award-winning landscape company & family run business that currently has over 100 employees, are recruiting for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative and Foreperson. Pay dependant upon experience.
Vacancies have arisen for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative and Foreperson, required to work on multi-site contracts including public open spaces, parks, educational premises, sports facilities and playing fields.
Role Description:
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
· Cutting grass, using ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, strimmer and blowers.
· Undertaking leaf collection, weeding, pruning, edging and other seasonal activities as required
· General Landscaping Duties
Desirable Requirements (dependant on role):
· CSCS Card Holder
· Pesticide Training (PA1 & PA6) preferred
· Experience of grounds maintenance with knowledge of horticulture
· Line Marking experience
· Self-motivation with the ability to use own initiative
· A full UK driving licence with towing entitlement preferred
· DBS/CRB certificate - checks will be undertaken
