We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Factory Operative – Selector to join our team.
This is an important role within our manufacturing process, where you'll be responsible for inspecting, sounding and selecting ware to ensure it meets Company quality standards. You'll identify faults, record losses accurately and polish faults where required.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
£12.76 per hour
As a Factory Operative – Selector, you'll inspect and sound ware, identifying faults and selecting products in line with the required quality standards.
You'll be responsible for accurately recording losses, polishing faults where required and maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Sound and inspect all ware, selecting products to the required quality standard.

Identify and select faults in line with Company quality standards.

Accurately record all losses within the designated categories.

Polish faults as required.

Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

Follow all Health & Safety regulations, Company policies and procedures.

Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

Have a good standard of English and Maths.

Have at least one year's experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify faults accurately.

Take pride in producing work to a consistently high standard.

Be reliable and able to follow established processes and quality standards.

Be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Be willing to complete required training and refresher training when necessary.
You'll receive full on-the-job training, including Manual Handling training. Refresher training will also be provided as required for the role.
