The Eden is opening in Melton Mowbray and we're looking for two enthusiastic Hospitality Team Members to join us from the very beginning.
We're creating a unique all-day venue serving speciality coffee, brunch and fresh food by day before transforming into a stylish wine and cocktail bar in the evenings.
We're looking for friendly, energetic people who love looking after guests and enjoy working as part of a team.
No two days are the same at The Eden.
Every member of our team is trained across speciality coffee, food service and our evening wine and cocktail bar, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of hospitality skills.
Your role
You'll work across all areas of the business, including:
- Preparing speciality coffee
- Serving food and drinks
- Assisting with simple food preparation
- Cocktail and wine service
- Table service
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Keeping the venue clean and beautifully presented
- Opening and closing duties
- Supporting private events and evening service
We're looking for people who
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality
- Are friendly, enthusiastic and reliable
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Work well as part of a team
- Are willing to learn new skills
- Can work a mixture of mornings, evenings and weekends
Hospitality experience is preferred but personality and attitude are just as important. We'll provide full training for the right people.
