Site Manager Required
Start Monday | 18-Month Project | Greenfield Development
KDK Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new Greenfield housing development starting Monday.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project with an anticipated duration of 18 months, overseeing the delivery of a volume housebuilding scheme from the ground up.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with programme expectations. The successful candidate will be confident managing subcontractors, maintaining site records and ensuring high standards of health, safety and quality throughout the project.

- Site Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Anticipated Duration: 18 Months
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Previous Site Management experience on residential or housing developments
- Ability to complete daily site paperwork and site records
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing groundworks packages would be a distinct advantage
- Checkable work references
