The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Boxing Coach to join our Coaching Team in Sale, M33 7JS. The person we are looking for needs to have a strong background in boxing. Even though our Gym was created by an ex-professional boxer, we are not a typical boxing-only gym with professional boxers, our target audience is more the every day person looking to learn boxing from scratch, get fit and support their fitness goals. Although we do have a pathway from Junior Boxing, all the way to white collar boxing and a few amateurs. We're looking for somebody with the mindset to learn and grow from our Head Boxing Coach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging boxing training sessions tailored from 7 years old to white collar boxers
- Motivate and inspire members to reach their personal fitness goals
- Provide constructive feedback to help members improve their technique
- Deliver classes and 1-to-1's
Personality Traits
- Solid background in boxing
- Ability to project your voice and control a room with authority
- Enthusiasm for promoting health, fitness, and mental resilience
- Certification in boxing coaching or relevant sports qualifications is preferred
- Prior experience working in a gym or training environment is advantageous
