The Flexi Group are now recruiting for Class 2 Drivers for an immediate start in the Northampton area

We’re looking for a full-time Class 2 Drivers to join two-person home delivery team in Northampton. As part of a two-person crew, you’ll be responsible for delivering flat-packed products to customer premises.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You will typically complete an average of 5-10 deliveries per day Delivering bulk items to customers’ homes using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle from stores
- Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others
- A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business
- Providing excellent face to face customer service to customer
Requirements :
- A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
- Successful candidates with be required to pass a DBS search
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Company vehicles and operate Company equipment in a safe and professional manner in accordance with Company policies, procedures and legislation.
- Comply with the vehicle security and always standing procedure.
- Carry out vehicle checks prior to the operation of any vehicle, reporting any defects immediately.
- Report any delivery issues or exceptions in a timely manner.
- On return to site, you will report to the traffic office for a full debrief.
- This role ability to self-manage and use initiative for solving problems.
Shifts :
- Monday to Friday - 0700 starts
- Additional Saturdays during the 10 week period which will be rota'd

Days : £17.00 per hour (£19.05ph with holiday pay)
