Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Site Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of an office referbishment project.. This pivotal role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional time management abilities, and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Oversee daily site operations, including safety protocols, quality control, and environmental compliance
- Utilize Civil 3D for site design review, grading plans, and layout verification to support engineering accuracy
- Manage on-site personnel, assign tasks effectively, and monitor performance to foster a productive work environment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities, progress reports, safety incidents, and change orders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate diverse teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies applicable to construction sites
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation accurately
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to construction management or civil engineering are preferred
