Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in meal planning and ingredient preparation to optimise efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and storage

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably within a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast cuisine
- Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
