Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of breakfast service, including food preparation, presentation, and serving
- Lead and motivate the breakfast team to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients and equipment
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including cooking, food production, and inventory management
- Train new staff members on service procedures, safety protocols, and culinary techniques
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to meet health standards
- Collaborate with management to develop menus, optimize workflows, and improve guest experiences
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with breakfast or hotel operations
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
- Experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel service operations, including serving and hospitality principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with guests
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
