Flour is a busy street food and pizzeria restaurant in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea.
Our open kitchen serves authentic Neapolitan pizzas using top-quality ingredients, fresh dough made daily (48-hour fermentation process), with an impressive Marana pizza oven. We take pride in every pizza that leaves the pass and are looking for another passionate Pizza Chef to join our team for the summer season.

Full Service or Lunch Shifts Available
Whether you're looking for full-day shifts or lunch services only, we'd love to hear from you if that works better with your schedule.
What You'll Do
- Stretch, top and bake Neapolitan pizzas to a consistently high standard.
- Manage the pizza section, including oven temperature and service pace.
- Prepare pizza toppings, with the option to assist with daily dough and ingredient prep.
- Maintain quality, consistency and presentation throughout service.
- Rotate stock and help with deliveries when required.
- Keep your section clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team during busy services.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working in a kitchen and creating pizzas.
- Works calmly, efficiently and cleanly under pressure.
- Takes pride in producing consistently great pizzas.
- Is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team.
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn.

The Details
- Seasonal position: July to September.
- Summer opening: 7 days a week, 12pm–9pm.
- Full-time or lunch-service shifts available, depending on availability.
- Weekend, school holiday and bank holiday availability is essential.
- Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience. Including an equal share of service charge on top of hourly rate.
- Location: Applicants must live within approximately 35 minutes of Wells-next-the-Sea (no accommodation available).
