We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to join our established and reputable service. .
This role would be ideal for an experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, or a Registered Nurse or Deputy Manager looking to progress into a management position.
About the Role
As Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service, maintaining high standards of care, and driving continuous improvement across the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated care team.
- Ensure safe, effective, and compliant care delivery.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive resident outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage staffing, budgets, audits, and operational performance.
- Support staff training, development, and succession planning.
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care role (Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Senior Carer, or similar).
- Strong IT skills and experience using digital care planning systems.
- Good understanding of Care Inspectorate standards, governance, compliance, and auditing processes.
- Good knowledge of CI Quality framework
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive and supportive team culture.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care; or
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN and relevant clinical experience.

Pay: £43,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
