You are:
- A natural leader, confident, organised, hands-on, and obsessed with the details that make a room feel unforgettable.

Experienced in hotel housekeeping, rooms, or luxury hospitality, with the confidence to supervise room attendants, support daily allocations, and keep standards consistently exceptional.

Confident inspecting bedrooms, corridors, linen areas, and public spaces, spotting what others miss and coaching the team to get it right first time.

Cool under pressure, sharp on room readiness, and comfortable coordinating with reception, maintenance, and the wider hotel team when the pace is electric.
