Job Title: Virtual Care Caller
Location: Fully Remote (work from home)
Hours: 28 hours per week, Mon-Sun, 7am-9pm, with options for overtime

Purpose of the Role
To provide welfare, medication and befriending calls to vulnerable clients, ensuring wellbeing is monitored and concerns escalated appropriately.
Key Outcomes
- Consistent, timely welfare checks.
- Accurate logging of every interaction.
- Reduced isolation and improved client wellbeing.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled medication, welfare and befriending calls.
- Record all calls in CRM systems accurately.
- Update CRM with important customer info.
- Communicate with families, carers and professionals.
- Escalate issues to Shift Leads where necessary.
Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours
- Warm, empathetic communication style.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and remote tools.
- Sensitive to emotional and safeguarding concerns.
Role Requirements
- Monday-Sunday rota-based working, including bank holidays and evenings.
- Experience in care settings or mental health support is beneficial but not essential.
