We're looking for a Portfolio Manager who will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, delivering high-quality Facilities Management services while building strong client relationships and driving operational and financial performance.
- Oversee the delivery of all services across the contract portfolio, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and contractual requirements
- Demonstrate some technical knowledge within the electrical or mechanical field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring targets are achieved and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage financial performance including P&L, forecasting, WIP, and debt, driving improvement against targets.
- Lead and develop teams across the portfolio, including performance management, succession planning, and productivity optimisation.
- Previous experience in a Facilities/Portfolio Management or commercial environment
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage small work projects.
- Strong team leadership and experience of managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Some technical knowledge within M&E would be desirable.
