We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Casual Bartender to join the team at The Skipton Hotel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering great service. Whether you have previous bar experience or are looking to develop your hospitality skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Serving guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Preparing and serving drinks, including beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
- Providing excellent customer service throughout each shift
- Supporting the wider hotel team when required
- Following all licensing, health & safety and company procedures
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, approachable and positive personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Confidence working in a busy environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training can be provided
