As a Care Assistant at Heron Manor Care Home, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Pay Rates: £13.60ph
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team, you will help ensure every individual feels safe, valued and respected, while promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
In this rewarding role, you will support residents with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement. You will build meaningful relationships, offering companionship and emotional support, and take the time to understand each resident’s unique preferences, routines and life story. No two days are the same, and your contribution will make a genuine difference to the wellbeing and happiness of those in your care.
