What We Need–Someone to manage our kitchen. Someone that can lead and look after a small team. Someone that cares about taste and presentation. Everything will be made in-house!
We are willing to offer all necessary on-the-job training so that you can do the job. You need to haveat least 12months kitchen experience to the level of Sous Chef.
Your Responsibilities as Kitchen Manager supervises all kitchen duties and are key in ensuring happy customers, and of course a well-fed team.They will report directly to the General Manager.
Here is a list of duties:
Looking after the kitchen team and creating a nice working environment.
Compliance in terms of food safety and safe working practices.
Ensuring recipes are followed and prepared correctly.
Ensuring quality and consistency of dishes in taste and presentation.
Food orderingand maintaining good levels to minimise wastage.
Stock control.
Rotas.
Recruitment and discipline.
Who You Are
You love the kitchen!
You need to be able to enjoy your work
You put your heart into your work.
You have a good understanding of right and wrong.
You have at least 1 year’sexperience as a Sous Chef.
You are willing to learn.

Hourly paid so you get paid for every hour you work.
