Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM software to ensure accurate and current information.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Support order processing activities through Sage and other relevant systems.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via email or phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Organise and file sales documentation efficiently to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Sage accounting system is advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy and IT skills with the ability to adapt to new programmes quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
